Kaki King is scheduled to make her network television debut this Thursday, October 16 on NBC's Late Night with Conan OBrien. Since its debut in 1993, Late Night hosted the network television debuts of superstar acts like Radiohead, Green Day, Sheryl Crow, Coldplay, No Doubt, Wilco and The White Stripes. Kaki is a 24 year old instrumental guitarist with a unique style who has recently been out on tour supporting Tim Reynolds, Victor Wooten and Mike Gordon of Phish. In addition to her own shows, she performs chapman stick and percussion in the off-Broadway smash Blue Man Group band. Look for Kaki on a limited number of live dates in 2003 and then back on the road in 2004 -- see tour dates.

David Lindley on World Café - Broadcast Date October 8
David Lindley will be featured on the nationally syndicated radio program, World Café, on Wednesday, October 8, 2003. The World Cafe with David Dye can be heard on more than 160 stations nationwide (U.S.), or online at XPN 88.5. Lindley is a much in demand multi-instrumentalist and master of all things stringed whose recent projects have included live dates with his reunited band El Rayo X and a guest appearance on Warren Zevon's new record "The Wind". ("The Wind" features Lindley playing slide guitar on the record and El Rayo X bandmate Jorge Calderon who co-produced and wrote many of the songs on the album.) El Rayo X (featuring Lindley, Walfredo Reyes, Wally Ingram, Jorge Calderon, Ray Woodbury and Ian MacLagan) played together for the first time in 17 years this summer for a limited number of dates which included 2 nights at the historic Fillmore in San Francisco.
