The Dirty Dozen Ears To The Wall Tour

The Dirty Dozen stopped at New York City's Irving Plaza on Saturday August 24 to play on a sold out show with John Hammond and G. Love & Special Sauce. The Black Crowes joined the Dirty Dozen backstage, and leader Chris Robinson joined the band on stage in a lively rendition of "The Nighttime is the Right Time".


JJ Cale's Guitar Man Tour

JJ Cale is about to commence touring in support of his new Delabel/Virgin CD, Guitar Man. A legendary writer, JJ Cale is best known for his songs ("After Midnight", "Cocaine", "They Call Me The Breeze", "Crazy Mama", "The Sensitive Kind" and many more) and rarely hits the road for live dates. That all changes this month when Cale plays in the Midwest and Eastern US as well as Toronto and Montreal between September 13 and 29. See the itinerary page for specific dates and venues.


The Robert Cray Band Finish Touring, Recording in Memphis, Midnight Stroll Turns Gold while Strong Persuader earns Double Platinum in US

The Robert Cray Band are finishing up 16 months of touring behind their Some Rainy Morning CD. Live footage of a recent Las Vegas performance was just featured on cable TV's On Tour program. Robert Cray is also featured in the Tribute To Stevie Ray Vaughan which has been airing on VH-1 and PBS stations nationwide. The band will begin recording their next CD in Memphis later this month. While on tour this past year the band's Midnight Stroll CD reached gold status and Strong Persuader earned Double Platinum status (two million sales) in the US.
