David Lindley's new self-released solo CD Big Twang is available now only at davidlindley.com or in person at Mr. Dave's live performances. The CD features David playing a variety of stringed instruments including Weissenborn, Hawaiian lap steel and violin, among other instruments. On the CD David performs both instrumental tracks as well as new vocal originals such as "Down In The Vatican Library" alongside some of his favorite songs from over the years including Warren Zevon's "Monkey Wash Donkey Rinse", Blind Willie Johnson's "Soul Of A Man" and Steve Earle's "Copperhead Road", among others. David Lindley is joining his longtime friend and musical partner Jackson Browne for a tour of Spain, the UK and Australia. The tour began March 9 in Madrid and includes stops in Barcelona, London, Glascow, Sydney and more before wrapping up April 17 at the East Coast Blues & Roots Festival in Byron Bay, Australia. David and Jackson have collaborated on 10 albums to date including Browne's 1977 seven-times platinum, life-on-the-road concept opus Running On Empty. David Lindley can also be heard playing on Ben Harper's new double-CD Both Sides of the Gun set for a March 21 release. David Lindley is featured with an all-star lineup on 
Multi-instrumentalist David Lindley and ace drummer Wally Ingram have just released a new studio album entitled "Twango Bango III", David’s third in a series with Wally. The album features new songs by David and Ry Cooder, as well as guest vocal appearances from Rosanne Lindley (David's daughter) & Jorge Calderon (formerly with El Rayo X and Ry Cooder). The Commercial Appeal in Memphis, TN gave the album 4 stars and calls the release "a showcase at once funky, gritty, uncompromising and largely brilliant." You can order the CD at
