John Lee Hooker Looks Ahead with "Don't Look Back" John Lee Hooker's new CD, Don't Look Back was #1 most added at AAA radio in it's first week of release. The lead track, "Dimples," was produced by Los Lobos who are also featured backing John Lee on the track. Hooker can also be heard on Big Head Todd and The Monsters' latest, sharing vocal chores on their cover of his hit, "Boom Boom." Hooker will play a limited number of shows this spring and summer including The Playboy Jazz Festival in Los Angeles in June. Duke Robillard in a Dangerous Place & Jack Nicholson movie Duke Robillard's new CD, Dangerous Place, is due out May 6th. Duke just finished recording with Ruth Brown, Pinetop Perkins and Bob Dylan and producing a Jay McShann release due next month. His song "Love Slipped In" is in the just released Jack Nicholson movie, Blood & Wine. He also co-produced John Hammond's Grammy nominated CD Found True Love. |
