 Robert Cray's Debut CD, Who's Been Talkin', Re-release March 13th The Robert Cray Band's record debut, Who's Been Talkin', is set for re-release March 13th 2001 as part of Universal Music's Blues Classics series. The album, recorded in 1978, was originally released on Tomato Records. This is the first time the record has been available on CD with the original album artwork. Eric Clapton Covers JJ Cale On New Reptile CD, Cale Live CD Upcoming Eric Clapton, who made JJ Cale's songs, "After Midnight" and "Cocaine", into major hits, has just covered Cale's "Travelin' Light" on his new Reptile CD. Clapton is a professed JJ Cale fan - see his recent quote from Mojo Magazine on Cale. In the meantime watch for JJ Cale Live (his first ever live CD and featuring all the hits) in late May. |
